Job Description

  • To perform daily accounting operations, to prepare monthly invoices, debit/credit notes and statements of accounts.
  • To match invoices and ensure all billings are supported with documents and proper authorizations.
  • To follow up with vendors regarding balances and reconcile with vendors statement.
  • To calculate sales commission.
  • To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries.

 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/ Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Excel and Accounting system.
  • Responsible and positive working attitude.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kuchai Business Park, Jalan Kuchai Lama, Kl. 
  • Fresh Graduate is highly encouraged to apply. Guidance and coaching will be provided.
