Job Description

  • Serve as the 1st and 2nd point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or digital contact channel.
  • Perform on-phone or remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
  • Determine the best solution based on issue and details provided by customers.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and further resolve hardware/ software issues within OLA & SLA commitment.
  • Optimize the workforce efficiency and customer satisfaction, identify to solve customer reported service technical problems and issues with the shortest total resolution time.
  • Follow up and update customers on the situation status and walk them through the troubleshooting process effectively.
  • Inform the supervisor of all incidents and irregularities that occurs.
  • Prepare monthly report based on the request of the supervisor/ managers.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma and above in IT/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as a IT helpdesk from a BPO environment preferably for the Australian/ New Zealand market.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literate and tech savvy.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and own transport.
