Serve as the 1st and 2nd point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or digital contact channel.
Perform on-phone or remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
Determine the best solution based on issue and details provided by customers.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and further resolve hardware/ software issues within OLA & SLA commitment.
Optimize the workforce efficiency and customer satisfaction, identify to solve customer reported service technical problems and issues with the shortest total resolution time.
Follow up and update customers on the situation status and walk them through the troubleshooting process effectively.
Inform the supervisor of all incidents and irregularities that occurs.
Prepare monthly report based on the request of the supervisor/ managers.
Diploma and above in IT/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering.
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as a IT helpdesk from a BPO environment preferably for the Australian/ New Zealand market.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Computer literate and tech savvy.
Must possess a valid driving license and own transport.
