Contract Customer Service

Job Description

  1. Willing to work and based oversea
  2. Responsible for providing customer advises in the Asian region on online trading activities and required duties
  3. Patience to teach customers on every operation will lead to which function.
  4. Use multi-channel (such as telephone, SMS, e-mail, etc.) to communicate with customers to achieve after sales service.
  5. Able to manage customer profiles, customer feedback, after-sales activities, and other aspects of the data
  6. Summarize customer’s comments & feedback

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum SPM required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  2. Mandarin speaking and writing is a must
  3. English is additional advantage
  4. No working experience is required

Additional Information

1.Shift rotation

2.Probation 1 month – Rm3,000.

3.1 year contract

4. Company will responsible for employee Round-trip tickets twice in a year. And also daily food supply, working visa and staff hostel

5.Training in Malaysia

6. 28 Annual Leave
