Minimum SPM or Diploma
*Experience in handling customer enquiries
*To process customer order, quotation, internal job Order, invoicing, delivery, shipping documentation
*To update the data analysis for customer complaints & customer satisfaction via customer survey form
*To ensure After Sales documentations and records are as per ISO requirement.
*To coordinate and follow-up on logistics activities
*To prepare service monthly planning schedule
*Record tally serviceman outstation movement by service report date.
*All customer complaints to be handled without delay
*To chase and follow-up with customer for payment progress and overdue account.
