Job Description

Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing and photocopying to management

• Coordinate the preparation of reports, analyze data and identify solutions to manage the problems

• Assist customers to purchase flight tickets and tourist visa

• Customize the travel itinerary according to customers’ preference and budget

• Provide good quality of service and assist customers to solve the problem

Job Requirements

Full time position

• 21 35 years old

• Minimum education level: SPM qualification

• Must attach with the Mandarin resume • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English

• Motivated, responsible, good working attitude and discipline

• Willing to travel

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Able to handle online booking flight ticket and hotels

• Welcome fresh graduates

• Able to type 30 words or more within a minute • Salary: RM2,500 RM3,500
