Job Description

Your main role as a Customer Service Representative is to handle customer requests, and inquiries about package pick-up, deliveries and customs clearance. As and when necessary, you are required to promote and respond to questions regarding FedEx products and services.

 

Job Requirements

- Minimum 40 working hours per week excluding meal break

- Work with computer and wear headset throughout the day, desk-bound

- Able to converse in English and other local languages

- Enjoy corresponding with customers via telephone

- Able to adapt in a fast pace working environment

- Student from all fields of studies are welcome to apply

- Minimum internship duration is 12 weeks
