  • Provided strategy and leadership of monthly business plan; supported and managed sales efforts.
  • Analysed competitor clients, their needs and behaviours, developed value added proposals and attracted them to our Business support.
  • Implemented and managed sales strategies to grow company base and; stabilized revenue streams and led consistent monthly sales target.
  • Effectively managed the largest business unit in the district.
  • Hit sales quota for periods of up to 12 consecutive months
  • Gained territorial market share.
  • Established year sales growth.
  • Achieved the company highest sales goal.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language: English and Malay
  • At least 3 years(S) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager Specialized in Sales – Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent
  • Experience in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) is a MUST.
  • Experience in IT Solution and any network IT constructions project will be advantage.
  • Experience in handling IT product or services.
  • Proven sales track record – possess excellent ability to negotiate deals and present proposal persuasively.
  • Strong initiative & people networking skills, go-getter, team player and a keen high achiever with strong analytical skills.
