1 ) Responsible for the transaction of business requirements articulated by business users and functional consultants into FRICE items.
2 ) Optimization and support of existing processes, interfaces and project roll out.
3 ) Handle change request with the ability to analyze business processes and enhance current SAP modules in order to meet user requirements.
4 ) Translate business requirements into application design.
5 ) Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
1 ) Candidate must possess at least Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent from reputable universities.
2 ) At least 2 to 4 years of SAP ABAP HR experience.
3 ) Strong debugging skills in ABAP.
4 ) Must have the ability to prepare/review ABAP designs and technical specifications, taking into consideration performance requirements and the company's development standards.
5 ) Must have the ability to unit test developments, both positive and negative, and ensure that the technical specifications are met.
6 ) Knowledge of SAP Workflow would be an added advantage.
7 ) Business process knowledge in manufacturing.
8 ) Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
9 ) Must be extremely detail oriented and possess problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
10 ) Capable of working in a multi-tasking environment and producing high-quality work results.
11 ) Good interpersonal skills, effective team player and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
