Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Manage & ensure smooth operation of multiple outlets
  • Train outlet staff to possess excellent customer service
  • Understand products & offerings well
  • Assist/ support other operations staff when needed
  • Keep track of outlet food costs control & stocks
  • Manage outlet sales & profitability
  • Manage outlet team and their schedules
  • Daily cash reporting

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma, Degree or equivalent
  • 2 years of F & B experience in outlet management
  • An excellent team player
  • Able to lead & supervise
  • Great with problem-solving
  • Must have own transport
