Job Description

  • Maintain project data base on daily basis
  • Transcribing dictation to final copy and finalizing draft documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of clients, staff and agency agreement.
  • Create and modify documents such as quotation, purchase order, invoice, letters and spreadsheet.
  • Provide support in a variety of capabilities which may include; copy services, fax, office supplies, equipment & Inventory.
  • Ensure all documentations are properly filed.
  • Receiving of receptionist function including attending to incoming calls and sorting of mails or courier.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U
  • 1 Full-Time position(s) available
  • Good communication skills both in spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
  • Able to work in a team & working with multiple discipline projects.
  • Computer skills in Ms Office, Excel
