Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent administrative support including but not limited to appointment schedule, movement, travelling, events, etc.
  • Provide excellent administrative support including managing a team / handling logistic related matters including but not limited to appointment schedule, movement, travelling, events, etc.
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation, and occasionally travelling with the superior to provide assistance and support.
  • Coordinate and monitor team schedule, discipline and staff performance.
  • Handling special request, errands, and related duties.
  • Perform any miscellaneous tasks as required by superior.
  • Able to do multi-tasking.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Business Administration / Public Relations or equivalents.
  • More than 5 years working experience as Personal Assistant to the Top Management.
  • Preferably Chinese Female.
  • Possessed a valid driving license (B2 & D).
  • Experience in handling personal errand is a must.
  • Independent, mature and high common sense.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill with strong leadership.
  • Pleasant personality, independent and resourceful person.
  • Good writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Physically fit, active and aggressive person.
  • Able to handle pressure, analyze problem and come out with solutions.
  • Committed with job and able to work during weekend / odd hours.
