Provide excellent administrative support including but not limited to appointment schedule, movement, travelling, events, etc.
Provide excellent administrative support including managing a team / handling logistic related matters including but not limited to appointment schedule, movement, travelling, events, etc.
Arranging travel, visas and accommodation, and occasionally travelling with the superior to provide assistance and support.
Coordinate and monitor team schedule, discipline and staff performance.
Handling special request, errands, and related duties.
Perform any miscellaneous tasks as required by superior.
Able to do multi-tasking.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Business Administration / Public Relations or equivalents.
More than 5 years working experience as Personal Assistant to the Top Management.
Preferably Chinese Female.
Possessed a valid driving license (B2 & D).
Experience in handling personal errand is a must.
Independent, mature and high common sense.
Good communication and interpersonal skill with strong leadership.
Pleasant personality, independent and resourceful person.
Good writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Physically fit, active and aggressive person.
Able to handle pressure, analyze problem and come out with solutions.
Committed with job and able to work during weekend / odd hours.
