Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Review monthly customers’ aging, share customers’ statement of account and follow-up collections with customers.
  2. Record customer receipts.
  3. Rectify disputed invoices from communications with customer.
  4. Manage CTOS system for long outstanding debtors.
  5. Reconcile receipts with bank deposits.

Job Requirements

Job Requirement

- Accounting diploma graduates are encourage to apply or undergoing further studies

- Meticulous and sharp in spotting errors

- Timely and prompt in completing work

- Microsoft Office adept (especially with Excel)

- Good written English
