HR System Implementation Consultant

As a HR System Implementation Consultant, you are responsible for onboarding new clients onto our HR management software. During onboarding, you will be working closely with different stakeholders, to ensure a successful implementation & a high user penetration rate.

Job Scope

• Conduct & manage HR system project implementation life cycle.
• Working closely with the R&D teams to deliver customer needs.
• Conduct training for key users of our software.
• Advise clients on market best practices & statutory updates.

Requirements

• Preferably 2 years of work experience with business software or HR.
• Prior knowledge in HR management will be a plus.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Able to write & speak in multiple languages will be a plus.
• Able to work well in a team or independently.
