- Plan, develop and coordinate weekly/monthly marketing campaigns of the assigned key accounts. Collaborate and coordinate daily across multiple departments, including e-marketing, web-tech, offline, on-site designs and e-operations.
- Conceptualize, create, execute and monitor product launch thematic advertising, advertorial, joint promotion with partners or third parties. Responsible for planning and delivering innovative content across social media platforms.
- Utilize data from MSTR business intelligence, FB Business Manager, Google Analytics in innovating new ideas to conceptualize and execute promotional/marketing campaigns while collaborating with brands to ensure aligned objectives.
- Create and upload brand’s product listings daily into right categories based on product type. Ensure content is of quality and legitimate.
- Maintain and manage good relationship with internal and external stakeholders. Organize weekly/biweekly/monthly cadence with assigned brands.
- Measure, monitor and report performance for all digital marketing campaigns.
Provide support and input to line manager on market insights from brand’s perspective, business trends, competitive situations, complaints (if there is).
