Assist line manager in developing, implementing and maintaining of company ROP.
Assist line manager to manage BPC Module in company's intranet.
Ensure every department to submit their ROP checkpoint result on time.
Assist line manager to prepare weekly, monthly & yearly reports for both BPC and IAFR.
Assist in taking minutes during meeting.
Assist in organising and coordinating company events.
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking business partner and customer.
