  • Assist line manager in developing, implementing and maintaining of company ROP.
  • Assist line manager to manage BPC Module in company's intranet.
  • Ensure every department to submit their ROP checkpoint result on time.
  • Assist line manager to prepare weekly, monthly & yearly reports for both BPC and IAFR.
  • Assist in taking minutes during meeting.
  • Assist in organising and coordinating company events.
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking business partner and customer.
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
