Job Description

Our client, Incorporated in 1997 has used its local expertise to cross international waters and serve an ever expanding global market.

Our client is a Group of Companies that with IATA accredited cargo agent as well as appointed cargo sales agent (CSA) for MAS, Air Asia, Lufthansa, Gulf Air, Saudi Air, and Thai International. Our client Companies has established numerous local and regional branches to serve the growing market.

Currently in the expansion and seeking for talents to join the organization.

 

Position : Customer Service Executive/ Senior

Location : Sepang - KLIA

 

Responsibilities

  • Attend to phone & email inquiries.
  • Handle quotation, shipment arrangement, invoices and billing processing with customers and suppliers.
  • Liaise with vendors and customers on shipment arrangement.
  • Full support in related daily administrative job function.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management / company from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate.
  • Min 1 year(s of working experience in air freight or cargo industry.
  • Experience in handling import & export is advantage
  • Required skill (s) : MS Excel and Ms Word
  • Required language: Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Female and Open Race

Additional Information

  • Salary RM 3000 – RM 3500
  • Petrol Allowance RM 300

  • Work 5 ½ Days
  • Mon –Fri ( 09.00am – 5.30pm ), Alternate Sat ( 9.00am – 1.00pm)
