Plan, coordinate, and conduct briefings and training sessions for students and lecturers to increase e/learning usage within the BAC Education Group
Utilize knowledge of LMS capabilities to recommend delivery strategies that yield a rich, meaningful, and dynamic end/user experience
Develop and design learning material, coordinate, and review educational content, and incorporate current technology in developing specific e/Learning training content
Work with Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, and other departments to support e/Learning content requirements
Produce user guides/manuals/instructional videos and Standard Operating Procedures suitable for internal and external communication to a variety of target audiences (e.g., lecturers, students, management).
Develop and track effectiveness of training programs and all other BACLearn Services
Produce reports suitable for internal and external communication to a variety of target audiences (e.g., lecturers, students, management).
Minimum 1/2 years of working experience in a related field.
However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but a strong interest in training & e/learning is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience in delivering training is a strong plus
Have a good working knowledge of e/Learning standards including educational technologies and learning management systems
Ability to learn and unlearn, hungry to keep learning and an excellent team player (These qualities are extremely important to us!).
