Job Description

  1. Take responsibility in assisting customers through effective troubleshooting.
  2. Identify and manage the cause of both hardware and software faults and solve the issue.
  3. Hardware (PC & Server) commissioning, software installation and configuration.
  4. Handle and provide solution via phone call, email or onsite.
  5. Work closely  with the technical team in order to monitor and tracks issues resulting in speedy resolution.
  6. Take lead in advising and handling customers support issues as well as upkeeping support documentation,
  7. In charge of providing input on recurring customer problems and shares the information with other team members as part of knowledge transfer.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  2. Working experience in application support or related role ..... HR or HR related solution experience will be an added advantage.
  3. Knowledge with Linux/Windows/DOS command scripts, and working experience with database such as MySQL will be an advantage.
  4. Good interpersonal skills, strong customer service culture and good problem solving & analytical skills.
  5. Willing to learn and explore new skills.
