Job Description
- Take responsibility in assisting customers through effective troubleshooting.
- Identify and manage the cause of both hardware and software faults and solve the issue.
- Hardware (PC & Server) commissioning, software installation and configuration.
- Handle and provide solution via phone call, email or onsite.
- Work closely with the technical team in order to monitor and tracks issues resulting in speedy resolution.
- Take lead in advising and handling customers support issues as well as upkeeping support documentation,
- In charge of providing input on recurring customer problems and shares the information with other team members as part of knowledge transfer.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Working experience in application support or related role ..... HR or HR related solution experience will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge with Linux/Windows/DOS command scripts, and working experience with database such as MySQL will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills, strong customer service culture and good problem solving & analytical skills.
- Willing to learn and explore new skills.
