Executive, Engagement & Development

· To be the key person in charge of assisting Clubs & Societies(C&S)

· Ensuring Clubs & Society are following the current rules & regulations of the BAC Education Group when conducting events

· Assisting Clubs & Society in executing events and workshops to ensure a proper outcome for both BAC and C&S

· To ensure all Clubs & Societies are able to meet their budgeted amount every year

· To keep track of new intake students who have joined the BAC Education Group and to encourage them to join or form a new club

· Providing detailed assistance to students in order to help enhance student’s experience within BAC Education Group

· To update all club events in the College Management System (CMS) and in future any other platforms used to track students activities

· Constructing online and offline engagement campaigns by integrating the various platforms/facilities/services under BAC Education Group

· Updating and managing the online and offline platforms to create engagement amongst stakeholders

· To assist in daily tasks and projects within the department including student liaison, events management, social media campaigns, broadcast communications and website management

· Other projects, duties, and tasks as assigned

• Degree / Diploma in a related field
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (Fluent in English is a MUST)
• Able to work on tech-related platforms (websites, community sites, social media)
• Able to do some form of designing and creative script writing
• Experience working in a dynamic, demanding and progressive environment
• Able to work independently and against tight deadlines
