Job Description
- Present, promote and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Come up with creative ideas for merchandising
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Address all customer complaints, issues and problems promptly and within a quick time span to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Assists in handling daily operations and other supervisory duties including opening and closing of store
- Cash handling of daily sales, merchandising, restocking, inventory, administration, stock receipt report and sales reports
- Ensure pricing and display of merchandise items are accurate and maintain the branding and standards of the organisation
- Maintain good product display, cleanliness and tidiness of the store
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Proven track record of successful sales and promotion of products and services
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Excellent attitude towards learning
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
