Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant (primary role)

  • Perform general data entry, purchase processing, payment processing, reconcile and submit monthly expense reports and staff claims
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical documents
  • Assist in the editing, updating, coordinating, and execution of learning materials for student and lecturer engagement programmes
  • Provide office and administrative support and assist in other ad-hoc duties and daily operations
  • Arrange both internal and external events
  • Support administration of efficient operation of the office

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and conflicting deadlines
  • Great communication skills and self-motivated
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
