As a creative Digital Marketing Executive, you are required to :
· Take ownership of managing e-commerce platforms, road-maps & strategies
· Lead in the operation of e-commerce platforms i.e Shoppe, Lazada, Amazon, eBay, etc from product listing, promotional mechanics, traffic acquisition, order taking, delivery and payment arrangements to post-sales service
· Plan and execute B2C digital marketing campaigns that include ( not limited to ) SEM, lead generation, display analytics and advertising campaigns to drive sales
· Monitor competition and actively provide ideas for new growth strategies
· Instrument conversion points, optimize user sales and experience funnels
· Take charge of CRM projects for mobile app users
· Provide sales & marketing campaign analysis reports on a weekly & monthly basis
· Proactively explore new potential product range expansion through market research
· Other duties as assigned from time to time.
To succeed in this role, you shall be equipped with the attributes/skill sets of the following:
· Self-motivated, committed, result-driven who has a good understanding of e-Commerce multiple platforms operations
· High achiever who strikes to bring in results, exploring new ideas and always keep abreast of digital or e-Commerce direction and strategies
· Team player and able to collaborate and communicate efficiently with other members within the organization or external parties
· Well verse in managing external analytic and online advertising channels like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
· Proven track record of sales in e-Commerce platforms
· At least 1 to 3 years (s) of working experience in the related field
· Well-versed in verbal and written Bahasa Malaysia & English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
