Job Description

  • Identifying new sales leads;
  • Pitching products and/or services;
  • Negotiation contracts and proposals; 
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers;
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings;
  • Assists in planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives;
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events;
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays;
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products;
  • Assists the operations team to develop quotations and proposals;
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person;
  • Assists the team in developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met;
  • To keep healthy relationships with clients.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
  • Demonstrated achievement in business-to-business sales (or related experiences).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access, and industry-specific analysis software.
  • Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job.
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients.

Additional Information

Salary: RM3,500.00 per month - RM8,000.00 per month

- Fully Remote (WFH, Online, In-Person Meeting); if you want to come into the office (its at your convenience)
- Flexible Hours (and subject to meetings scheduled), tasks & performance-oriented
