Job Description

·        Office support and clerical duties following established procedures and detailed instructions.

·        Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, purchase, and sales processing.

·        Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.

·        Collaborate with other team members and support personnel, management, and clients.

Job Requirements

·        Preferably with working experience as office assistant or administrator under regional and international trade environment.

·        However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to submit their application.

·        Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently even under the home-based provision.

Self-motivation, accountability, high sense of ownership, and responsibility.
