Job Description

  • Implement and maintain documented information (including legal requirements) related to the department processes.
  • Direct & control HR activities & programs for meeting organizational objectives.
  • Responsible in salary administration and full set of monthly payroll processing, overtime computation, report preparation, employee data maintenance.
  • Check employee daily attendance, record employee attendance into monthly attendance record.
  • Verify employee attendance such as absent, emergency leave, late, normal on leave and providing.
  • Liaise with government statutory bodies in related matter of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF.
  • Prepare and generate year end report such as EA form and prepare of employment income tax filing.
  • Ensure company’s human resources are used efficiently & effectively.
  • Assist in developing & implementing company policies, rules & regulations.
  • Manpower planning, recruitment & selection process.
  • Prepare employment, confirmation and renewal contract letter.
  • New employee induction program.
  • Coordinate Training needs for employee.
  • Coordinate and arrange further training according to training evaluation for employee.
  • Performance appraisal or evaluation of employee.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date personnel records & information.
  • Occupational Health & Safety of the company.
  • Handle employee grievances & provide consultation to employees.
  • Employee disciplines & their compliance with company rules & policies.
  • Assist Renewal of Foreign Workers Permits, Passports, Fomema check-up and insurance.
  • Prepare Employees’ Group Personal Accident for approval.
  • Develop & recommend plans & activities to improve on current HR system, process development and improvement.
  • Any other duties as directed by Management/Superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Post Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Preferably good in Human Resources & Labor Law
  • Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Good communication skill.
