· Preparing correspondence letters to Local Authorities, Contractors and Consultants relating project site and company internal memorandum to Management and Accounts Department.
· Preparing Certificate Payment for Contractors and Consultants received from progress claims.
· Prepare Management, Exco and Risk Management Report for Project Department.
· Compile Management, Exco and Risk Management Report received from all department for PJ and Penang office.
· Organizing the filling of documents for Project Department
· Assist the General Manager in managing the incoming and outgoing documents.
· Assist the General Manager in claim expenses.
· Preparing minutes of meeting for monthly management meeting.
· Assist the Admin Department as and when required.
· Possess a Diploma in Business Administration or similar field.
· Experienced working in the Project and Admin department.
· Able to work well as a team
· Computer literate
· Be thorough and pay attention to details
· Minimum 1 to 2 years experience
