Job Description

  • Plan, organize and control all aspects of events operations activities to meet Company’s customer service quality standards.
  • Ability to independently source out tariffs from hotel, costing for coach/restaurants and other venues and locations.
  • Responsible for all budgetary costing and preparation of event quotations.
  • Responsible for developing, projecting & maintaining a market favorable image of the company and product-service solutions.
  • Provide responsive advice and feedback to the team concerning operations issues and service improvements and ensure that best practices are maintained at all times.
  • Manage the development and growth of the Operations team
  • Responsible for the development of operating goals and objectives of the Destination Operations Department; recommend, implement, and administer methods and procedures to enhance operations.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in related fields, such as Hotel Management, Travel Management or Event Management/ Marketing.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English/Mandarin)
  • Strong negotiation skills
