- Provide accurate information and assistance in a professional manner to customers and tenants.
- Respond to all customers' requests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Be the Mall ambassador by providing exemplary customer service.
- Possess at least SPM.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in customer service.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and other dialects.
- Flexible with good problem solving and customer oriented skills.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
