Job Description

  • Work closely with Hiring Manager’ to understand their recruitment needs, job requirements & expectations.
  • Identify and generate talent through networking and creative sourcing methods.
  • Guide and manage candidates’ expectations to ensure proper job fit and future retention.
  • Administer talent assessment tools.
  • Follow-up on successful interviews with reference checks, offer to candidates and other administrative processes.
  • Maintain database, tracker and weekly report.
  • Accountable to coordinate and facilitate orientation and induction program.
  • To participate in recruitment activities, events as and when required.
  • To perform administrative task and other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/Psychology/Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing.
  • Must have at least 3 years of working experience in head-hunting and able to show results of such experience.
  • Able to communicate (oral and written) and manage stakeholders across different levels.
  • Able to work under pressure and multi task in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • (Mandarin/Hindi/Urdu) added advantage but not necessary
  • Analytic and reporting skill
  • Excellent excel and power point

RM2000 - RM4000
