Job Description

• Perform data entry into an in-house ERP system
• Perform invoicing
• Monitor receivables accounts
• Issue order form from the system
• Verify Purchase Invoice amount against Purchase Order
• Monitor payables accounts
• Maintenance and recovery of returned Cheque.
• Assist in costing
• Handle intercompany transactions
• Update order movement listing
• Provide finance support in an ad-hoc project(s) as and when required

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least diploma in accounting

  2. Fluency in Mandarin is essential as the role requires to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
