Job Description

  • Assisting with maintaining and updating financial records
  • Entering financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
  • Handling invoices, including preparing, verifying, and processing payments.
  • Assisting in reconciling bank statements with company accounts.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Monitoring and recording company expenses and ensuring they are accurately documented.
  • Supporting the preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Performing general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents.
  • Assisting in basic admin job

Job Requirements

  • Spm or recognized Diploma in relevant field 
  • Experience in similar industry (i.e. accounting firm) is good to have.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
