Job Description

  • Assist in all kind Admin job handle incoming and outgoing calls, mails, emails
  • Assist the lawyers and senior for filling and all kind of research & other matters related to the client.
  • Manage daily schedules and appointments for the executive team.
  • Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
  • Plan and coordinated events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.

Job Requirements

  • Prefer to have own transport and stay nearby
  • Preferable for Degree in Business Management or any related qualifications of students
  • Internship for the period minimum of 6 months and above
