Take responsibility in assisting customers through effective troubleshooting.
Identify and manage the cause of both hardware and software faults and solve the issue.
Hardware (PC & Server) commissioning, software installation and configuration.
Handle and provide solution via phone call, email or onsite.
Work closely with the technical team in order to monitor and tracks issues resulting in speedy resolution.
Take lead in advising and handling customers support issues as well as upkeeping support documentation,
In charge of providing input on recurring customer problems and shares the information with other team members as part of knowledge transfer.
