Oversee daily operation and ensure services run smoothly
Help with staff scheduling, resource management, and transportation coordination.
Address and resolve any operational issues quickly.
To ensure all accurate costing are updated in system and constant communication with Sales on their costing and itinerary
Handle customer bookings, cancellations, and updates.
Respond to customer questions about availability and pricing.
Keep reservation records up-to-date.
Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers (Hotels, Restaurants and others suppliers.
Effectively cooperate with Tour Guides, Product, Sales, Reservation, Customer Experience and Suppliers for seamless daily operations and overall service improvement.
Coordinate, supervise, and implement every aspect of travel arrangement should any group or guest is in town.
