Monitor all scaffold materials/equipment/consumables incoming and outgoing from warehouse and perform physical verification of quantities and update the relevant documents including filing.
Perform all data entries in SQL system per materials movement accurately with complete hard copy filings for audit trail purpose includes issuance out, monitor and monthly counts.
Execute all PR generation per business needs and update the receiving transaction per goods or service receipt timely and work with relevant parties if any issue in closing in system.
Compile all relevant documents for audit trail purpose.
Work with HQ Biz Support Team on new materials need and idling materials disposition on behalf of warehouse that been assigned to and other related tasks.
Any materials quantity discrepancies during delivery to be rectify immediately and trigger the sending party accordingly. Perform the stock check on monthly basis with warehouse team and publish the results to...
