We are a well-established full-service law firm of over 25 years and we are currently looking for Litigation Lawyers to join our vibrant team. Assist in daily finance billing and vouchers. Assist in Bank reconciliation, and update ledgers and accounts. Preparation of monthly billing and expenses and payment to all relevant parties. Input all the relevant data (e.g. invoices, payment vouchers, bank-in slips transactions etc.) in the appropriate accounting system as per the company’s policies, procedures, and approved accounting standards. To prepare relevant supporting schedules, notes to accounts, and reconciliation for internal reporting, audit, tax, and SST Purposes. To ensure compliance with SST rules & regulations and submission of SST Return. To liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties as and when required pertaining to accounts. Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.
