Responsibilites:
To lead and oversee all production activities within manufacturing facility. Coordinate closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components
Take charge of the Rotational Molding, Pipe Extrusion, Compounding, Pulverizing, and Fitting production processes, including production parameter control.
Maintain high standards of product quality through stringent process control measures.
Prepare and manage the production budget, ensuring that production costs are maintained within agreed-upon limits.
Monitor and report on production performance against the budget, identifying areas for cost-saving and efficiency improvements
Report daily progress, production output, waste management, and any necessary defect rectifications to the Assistant Factory Manager/Factory Manager.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure minimal production downtime and equipment reliability....
