Job description:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin cum Procurement Assistant to support daily administrative operations and procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support, including documentation, filing, and data entry
Support outlets’ daily operations and coordinate with outlet staff
Assist in procurement processes such as sourcing, price comparison, and placing orders
Liaise with suppliers on quotations, delivery schedules, and product inquiries
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies
Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
