Responsibilities and Duties :
1. Responsible for developing new products.
2. To define R&D strategies and organize project portfolio.
3. Manage R&D projects and perform post launch follow-up when required
4. Continuous improvement of existing products’ performances.
5. Perform technical, scientific, regulatory and competition intelligence monitoring.
6. Organize information sharing with group R&D teams.
7. Constant sharing of R&D related updates and information with relevant departments.
8. Support production in process implementation and work together for continuous and industrial scale up.
9. Executing necessary physical and chemical tests and analyses for the products.
10. Liaise with and sourcing suitable raw materials from various suppliers for new product development.
11. Setting product specifications and production procedures.
12. Preparation of TDS and MSDS for the products.
