Job Purpose: To carry out general repair and maintenance works to ensure club facilities, fixtures, and fittings are in good and safe condition. Key Responsibilities: Perform repairs such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, and basic electrical works. Attend to maintenance requests and rectify defects promptly. Conduct routine inspections of facilities and report major issues to the Supervisor. Assist in setting up, repairing, and maintaining furniture, fittings, and equipment. Ensure work is carried out safely and in accordance with club procedures. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum basic technical or handyman experience preferred. Knowledge of general maintenance and repair works. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Physically fit and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
