Job Summary The Resort Butler is the key guest-facing ambassador delivering highly personalized luxury services to all residents. This operational role oversees the full resident journey, requiring strong knowledge and co-ordinating skills across all resort areas, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Wellness & Lifestyle experiences. They curate elevated, seamless experiences, providing emotional support and assisting residents in maintaining their independence. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Personalized Luxury Service & Journey Management Deliver highly personalized, anticipatory, and discreet service throughout the full resident journey, from prearrival preparations through to departure arrangements.
