The IT Sales Launchpad Program is our dedicated career pathway for school leavers, fresh graduates, and motivated juniors who want to build a future in IT solutions sales – starting from zero experience. We don’t just hire you; we train you fully from scratch. Over 9 months, you will master every part of the business before graduating into a permanent Account Manager role with your own clients and commission structure.
