As a Legal Intern, you will have the opportunity to: a) Conduct in-depth legal research and assist in developing case strategies. b) Draft and review letters and correspondence. c) Assist lawyers in handling all aspects of conveyancing matters, including SPA, loan documentation, perfection works, and related transactions d) Provide administrative and client support, including attending to calls and file management. Throughout your internship, you will: 1) Gain hands-on exposure to the day-to-day workings of a law firm. 2) Work closely with lawyers and clerks on research, drafting, and case preparation. 3) Be involved in client and case management to develop essential practical skills. 4) Experience the professional culture and expectations of legal practice.

- Handle daily accounting operations for Client‘s Account and Office's Account. - Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, journal entries, and maintain accurate accounting records. - Process banking transactions including transfers and RENTAS payments, and liaise with banks regarding account matters and remittance applications. - Monitor client account balances to ensure sufficient funds before payments. - Manage petty cash and maintain proper records of petty cash transactions. - Prepare invoices, receipts, and handle e-invoicing in compliance with tax requirements. - Perform bank reconciliation, assist in month-end closing, and support audit preparation by providing required documents. - Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records. - Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
