Jingxing Paper (JXP) was founded in 1984 and is Located in Pinghu City, Zhejiang Province, 1.5 hours from Shanghai Airport.For more than 20 years, Jingxing Paper has overcome various difficulties & obstacles and placed emphasis on quality and management. It has succeeded from an unknown small factory developing into a company owning a number of subsidiaries and was listed in Shenzhen stock exchange (A share) on 15th September 2006 (Stock code: 002067).

Incorporation of Jingxing Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd

Jingxing Holdings (M) Sdn. Bhd. (JXM) was incorporated on 22 March 2019 in Malaysia with registration number of 1319319-U. As of 24th Aug 2020, the total issued capital is RM 163,264,148. We are the wholly owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Jingxing Paper Joint Stock Co., Ltd. which was founded in 1984 and located in Pinghu City, Zhejiang Province, China. Zhejiang Jingxing Paper Joint Stock Co Ltd was listed in the Stock Exchange of Shenzhen, China in Year 2006 and is one of the market leaders in Packaging board manufacturing in China. 

Jingxing Holdings (M) Sdn. Bhd. factory is under the process of construction. It will be an advanced and highly automated paper mill of annual production capacity of 1.4 million metric ton in Banting, Kuala Langat District, Selangor. The total amount of capital investment is approximately MYR 2.211 billion (exclude working capital and pre-operating expenses). This project has an integrated thermal power plant and a water treatment plant. The company will be manufacturing and distributing a variegated range of quality products from Recycled pulpboard, Kraft Liner and Corrugated medium.

Advanced manufacturing equipment and technology will be selected and advanced management concepts will be used to meet customer needs to the great extent possible.
