1. Possess Degree in Quantity Surveying/Diploma in Building Technology or Diploma/Certificate in other related disciplines. Those without the relevant qualifications but with 10 years’ experience in the construction industry will can also be considered.

2. With minimum 5 - 8 years’ working experience preferably from a building and construction industry in a similar position.

3. Conversant in bilingual languages, namely English and Bahasa Malaysia.

4. Have good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices.

5. Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Standard and provide unlimited support for the implementation and on-going maintenance for the Company’s Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS).

6. Must be a team player, committed and result-oriented.

7. Must have the ability and personality to drive and motivate team to achieve common goals.

8. Exposure in turnkey projects will be an added advantage.

9. Must be familiar with estimates, project cost control, preparation of Bill of Quantities and Project Claims.

10. Must be able to coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.

11. Preferably to be computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:
