OAE Builder of company is a Malaysia investment holding company with a broad range of interests in the construction, consultation, plantation, rental of machineries sectors. It was formed in 2003 by Dato’ Dr. Joseph Lee.
The company is well positioned in the market place and is in a period of expansion aimed at broadening and intensifying positions in carefully selected investment areas.
The investment objective of the company is to maximise shareholder’s value through investing in a portfolio of company’s subsidiaries primarily in Malaysia Market and other market as and when approved by the board of Directors with investment that offer strategic market position, strong cash flows and strong future potential growth.
OAE Builder Group’s core businesses are in construction, building palm oil refinery warehousing and palm oil mill. The Group consists of nine subsidiaries companies. Principal business activities consist of the Construction, Housing Development, piling works, build and commissioning waste water treatment plant and Palm Oil Plantation activities.
