OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The person will be responsible to design effective training programs for CoE. He/She is also responsible for identifying, developing, delivering, assessing and recording training activities for both Penang and SongJiang. This person will focus on behavioural training needs of the employees.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identification of training needs that covers soft skill trainings and staff developments
- Ensure effective development of staff to meet the changing needs of the busines
- Ensure each employee gets trained for agreed programs/ hours in each year
- Work with Ops and Support teams to understand training need analysis and deliver trainings to address the same
- Evaluate trainings available online and in the market , evaluate effectiveness of those trainings for the CoE and implement accordingly
- Design and provide training required to implement new systems and procedures
- Maintain accurate training records
- Ensure a consistent standard of training across both CoE sites
- Development of effective training packages in suitable formats
- Arrange competency assessments and identify training needs for operational staff
- Monitor employee performance and response to training
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events
- Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization

- Qualified Trainer
- Experience in the development of training programs

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Tertiary: Degree in relevant field
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in developing training modules
