- Conduct research verification for hiring purposes via phone
- Keep documentary evidence of all information received via phone & email.
- Liaise with hiring candidates for additional candidate information and other queries
- Compile research reports for Team Leader review
- Report any adverse findings to Team Leader
- Able to work within deadlines
ESSENTIAL SKILL SETS
- SPM/Diploma/Degree/Masters qualifications.
- Law background or background that involves research, analytical skills, investigation skills and attention to details will be an added advantage.
- Good written and spoken English. Candidates with excellent written & spoken skills on Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog, Thai, and Indonesian will have added advantage.
- Good report writing skills
- Strong ability to work towards conflicting deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
- Very good understanding of using the internet and doing research to source for information
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Able to think out of the box in solving situations
