Job Descriptions

Responsible to customer's enquiries on company products and services in a timely and proficient manner via phone and email

Handling customer questions, feedback and complaints

To perform payment collection and monitor customer payment term and credit limit

Maintain and improve existing sales

Develop new customer

Communicate clearly on customer's requirement

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma in others or equivalent

Required language(s)Bahasa Malaysia, English,

At least 1Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Training will be provided by company)

Required Skill(s) Positive working attitude

Strong ability to multitask, high initiative, and good communication on skills

 Able to do multi task

Must have own transport
