Job scope:

  • Provide professional medical consultation and healthcare advices to all the customers
  • Provide excellent service and maintain good relationship with all our customers
  • Manage and oversee outlet operation according to standards and procedure of the company
  • Promote health and beauty products according to customers need
  • Lead the outlet staffs as a team to achieve the sales targets
  • Manage the operation of the store and be responsible in inventory control
  • Monitor on the short expiry items in order to minimize the returns
  • Be responsible in providing guidance and teaching to the subordinates
  • Be responsible in managing staff schedule
  • Always keeps up to date on the market trend in term of medication, product knowledge and latest pharmacology finding
  • Participate in company promotional activities

 

Job requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree of Pharmacy
  • Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia
  • Good communication skills, leadership and interpersonal skill
  • Outgoing and Pleasant personality, customer-friendly
  • Positive working attitude, passionate about Pharmacist profession
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
